I graduated from undergrad at the University of Virginia with a BA in Government. I was the first person at UVA with a Native American Indigenous Studies minor, and was a 2020 Udall Honorable Mention for tribal policy. I’m a former president of the Native American Student Union at UVA, was a contributor for the Virginia Review of Politics, and have had publications in a variety of other outlets. While at UVA, I helped lead student activism, trained student leaders on understanding Native identity, and worked closely with university, local, and tribal leadership to improve the experience of Native students and community members, including leading a tribal consultation process that resulted in a commitment of more than $1 Million to renovate outdoor space to recognize Native history, presence, and future. In 2025, I graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law with a Juris Doctor and certificates in Indian law and international law. I have experience working under practicing attorneys, including a semester-long externship with Oklahoma Indian Legal Services (OILS). I currently work advocating for tribal sovereignty and disability rights.
